Yes, a bookkeeper keeps your records organized & your business running, but you’ll still need a CPA or EA for tax filing, tax strategies, tax compliance and financial advice beyond the scope of accurate reporting. However, we’re happy to collaborate with them!

Yes! We walk you through your reports (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss/Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, AR/AP Aging, etc) in plain language so you can feel confident in your numbers and your decisions.

We typically respond within 24 hours during business days—your peace of mind matters to us greatly.

Our standard hours revolve around the 8-5 M-F timeline, however, because of the flexible nature of our business we are available regularly outside of ‘normal’ business hours in order to accommodate client needs.

We work 100% remotely, which allows us to serve small businesses all across Oklahoma & the United States efficiently and securely. If you are located in Oklahoma, we do try to make ourselves available for in-person meet-ups on weekends if that suits your schedule better.

Redbud Ledgers LLC is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor & a certified FreshBooks Collaborative Accountant so those are the primary platforms we specialize in. If your books are already set up in a different software we are happy to help you migrate your books or work with you to continue using the platform that works best for you (Xero, Sage, Wave, Zoho, NetSuite, etc).
